Chef Nigel Mendham reworks the classics — fish and chips, steak and kidney pie, Scotch eggs and proper puddings — into an AA two-rosette menu served from breakfast through dinner. The Drawing Room afternoon tea, taken with Champagne, is a genteel highlight, and the neighbouring DUKES Bar pours some of London's most famous martinis.
